In the words of Miss Congeniality all you need is a light Jacket … as long as its not raining. Even when I was three years old I always reached for my denim jacket (yep all about the double denim), it was the best spring pick its light enough that you’re not wearing a coat but still keeps you warm enough in the days its still slightly chilly.
The perfect shoe for spring (in my opinion) the loafer! The best shoe when it’s not warm enough for sandals but you don’t want to wear full shoe, whether they are £50 or £500 pounds the loafer always makes your outfit look more put together and classy. Tbh I live in my loafers most of the year, even if I freeze my toes off half the time.
We all love a good pair of mom jeans! And my perfect pair for spring are the slightly more skinny fitted. The best place to get the perfect fit and style for you is BDG, they give you the perfect shape and aren’t too baggy that make you look like you’re wearing an over full diaper.
In spring stripes are my go to look, they just add slightly more colour into your wardrobe and break away from the monotone looks of winter. My most recent striped t-shirt purchase comes from Brandy Melville, which is also slightly cropped which is my go to on a warm sunny day. It’s bright and colourful that’s great for the slightly warmer spring days. Another one of my favorite striped t-shirts is from Asos, its slightly less colourful but still looks amazing with a pair of mom jeans.
For that extra pop of colour I’m always reaching for my red brandy Melville jumper, it’s the perfect thing to add a bit more colour into your spring wardrobe with a pair of patterned trousers or a good pair of skinny jeans.
